Confidentiality and Disclosure

Every Sequence contract employee signs a job-related contract before beginning any job or project assignment.  This contract specifically sets forth their responsibilities in the assigned position and confirms a confidentiality and patent clause.  This clause assigns all discoveries and proprietary information to the client and ensures all information discovered by a contract employee during an assignment is kept strictly private and confidential.

All Sequence personnel also agree not to disclose and/or release any confidential information learned during activities to anyone other than those individuals expressly indicated by your organization.
