Construction Services / Health and Safety
The safety of workers and visitors should be of the highest priority in any workplace, but this is especially important in the environmental and construction fields where the hazards and risks can be far greater than the average workplace. Guidelines for employee safety are laid-out in the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA 1910.120). Compliance with OSHA requires a detailed knowledge of the act and its applications in the workplace.
The regulations for a construction or environmental worksite are more extensive than those for an office-based position and so require greater experience and expertise. A company must be able to develop safety, spill, fire and containment plans, enforce protective equipment requirements and prepare reports in order to comply with OSHA regulations.

- Construction Managers

- Safety Officers
