Engineering

We diligently work at Sequence to support a wide variety of engineering activities and initiatives for our clients through recruitment and placement of highly capable staff, management and executive level personnel.  With the diversity of our efforts, engineering enters into almost every aspect of our activities within the niche construction, environmental and light industrial industries we service.

With such a diversity of applications there is a nearly endless list of engineering sub-specialties.  Many of these specialties are vital to the clients in the industries we service and require highly skilled expertise in planning, design and execution.

These are some of these key engineering fields we work with:

Civil Engineering

Civil engineering is a broad field of engineering that deals with the planning, construction and maintenance of fixed structures, or public works such as power plants, bridges, roads, railways, water supply, irrigation, environment, sewer, flood control, transportation and traffic.

Construction Engineering

Construction engineering concerns the planning and management of the construction of structures such as highways, bridges, airports, railroads, buildings, dams and reservoirs.  Construction of such projects requires knowledge of engineering and management principles and business procedures, economics and human behavior.

Mechanical Engineering

Mechanical engineering is a professional engineering discipline that involves the application of the principles of physics for analysis, design, manufacturing and maintenance of mechanical systems.  It requires a solid understanding of key concepts including mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics and energy.

Environmental Engineering

Environmental engineering is the application of science and engineering principles to improve the environment (air, water, and/or land resources) to provide healthy water, air and land for human habitation and for other organisms, and to remediate polluted sites.

Additional Engineering Professions

Other major engineering professions include agricultural engineering, chemical engineering, corrosion engineering, control system engineering, electrical engineering, fire protection engineering, geotechnical or soils engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, metallurgical engineering, nuclear engineering, petroleum engineering, quality engineering, structural engineering, safety engineering and traffic engineering.

Working with a variety of client organizational structures and goals, we constantly strive to assist in the integration of human capital and client undertakings.  This approach provides us the flexibility and creativity to match client needs and requirements to individual personnel traits and abilities.

Professions in this field we routinely recruit include:

  • Civil Engineers
  • Structural Engineers
  • Construction Project Engineers
  • Mechanical Engineers
  • Electrical Engineers
  • Soils Engineers
  • Resident Engineers
  • Geotechnical Engineers
  • Transportation Engineers
  • Forensic Engineers
