Sequence is currently seeking a Cultural Resources Staff Level Project Manager to assist in managing prehistoric and historic Cultural Resources / Anthropology Projects throughout the greater northern California regions.
Candidates should have at least 4+ years of experience in working in the cultural resources field with at least 1+ years acting as a project group leader overseeing all aspects of technical and operational guidance to include oversight of the initiation, development, completion and review of research, cultural resource studies, field data collection / surveys, Phase I & II Assessments, and mitigation studies for compliance to CEQA/NEPA documentation projects.
Individuals must be technical experts in relation to CEQA/NEPA compliance, regulatory permitting, section 106, national historic preservation act, sacred lands file checks, State historic preservation and archaeological resources regulations. This is an excellent project management opportunity for a mid-level cultural resources professional looking to advance their career with an exception organization.
Requires a Degree in Archeology, Anthropology, Cultural Resources Management or related discipline. PHD Desired. Registered California Professional Archeologist a plus to consideration. Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
