We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8+ years experience to oversee the construction and administration of wastewater and plant facilities projects throughout the Northern California region.

The ideal individual would have previous experience working as a Project Manager overseeing the administration and execution of assigned projects. Must be able to manage projects ranging from wastewater facilities, mechanical pumping stations to industrial plant construction projects.  Experienced with RFI’s, change orders, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor / contract negotiations, and client and personnel management. Must have experience working as an estimator performing bid tabulations and pricing takeoffs, etc.

Requires a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline. Must have strong written and verbal communication abilities, as well as ability to use all MS software products (Excel, Word, MS Projects, etc.).
