Sequence is seeking a Environmental Planner / CEQA analyst who has at least 5+ years working knowledge in preparing CEQA/NEPA Documentation from the Project Management Perspective.

The ideal individual would have exceptional skills in directing, researching and writing CEQA/NEPA documentation, managing client relationships, conducting business development and marketing activities for the firm. Must have environmental permitting experience and understanding of environmental processes and regulations to include the Clean Water Act, state and federal endangered species legislation, California Fish and Game Regulations, Section 401, 404, USACE is essential.

Candidates should be comfortable in representing organization in front of regulatory agencies, public forums, and client organizations. Must be able to manage multiple project portfolios, develop budgets, direct/mentor staff, delegate tasks and review technical documentation for completeness.

Requires a Degree in Environmental Planning, Biology or related discipline. Master's degree a plus to consideration.  Must have excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
