Sequenc e is currently seeking a Senior Level Project Manager / Demolition Estimator with extensive experience in the demolition, abatement and recycling of commercial, residential and public works projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area Marketplace.

Position requires at least 5+ years experience working in the demolition industry as a Project Manager or Estimator. Overseeing all operational duties; managing estimation and project management, the bid process, interacting with clients, fostering relationships and ensuring profitability compliance / manpower requirements on all projects in the region.

The Senior Project Manager / Estimator would have the direct responsibility of keeping corporate management informed on project operations and profitability, as well as, ensuring corporate growth in the region.

Requires a Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline. Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Candidates with direct, recent demolition / abatement experience working in the San Francisco Bay Area will be given priority consideration.
