Temporary-to-Full Time / Permanent

This service is used when you have a desire to employ a full time permanent worker, but wish to evaluate their skills and abilities prior to fully committing your employment resources.  We provide personnel for long-term temporary work with the option of going full time as a direct hire with your organization.  At the end of the temporary stage (normally up to 180 working days) of placement, you decide if you will offer the contractor a permanent position within your organization.

This allows you to get to know a potential employee and begin the process of evaluating his or her abilities before extending a formal employment offer.  During the temporary stage of employment, we deal with the recruiting, screening, hiring and payroll of personnel, and all the employment requirements necessary to comply with OSHA, medical monitoring, training and individual equipment needs; ensuring that every candidate sent to you comes ready to work on day one.
