When you have reached the point of making an offer to the chosen candidate, we are there to help you through this critical process.  Too often, the closing process with a prospective employee falls apart for lack of agreement, lack of understanding and/or a lack of proper communication.  This is the last and most important step in the process, and thus, nothing should be left to chance.  That is why we prefer be as involved as possible in the process of recruiting, interviewing and closing on candidates with our clients.

Depending on the nature of the position, we often sit in with clients on interviews and participate in the process of hiring candidates.  In these cases, not only are we able to help ensure that the process moves forward effectively, but we also get the opportunity to learn much more about the client and their organization.
