Carbon Manager

Carbon managers develop, manage, and support projects involving technical and policy analysis related to issues of climate change, carbon management, and sustainable and/or renewable energy practices. They provide expert consultation on climate change science and policy issues, with experience addressing sustainable systems that promote environmental stewardship, reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, and improve energy efficiency.

These managers have practical experience integrating sustainable practices as part of the design and/or implementation of environmental systems and technologies, particularly for the characterization and remediation of solid or hazardous waste. They also lead and/or manage teams of policy analysts and scientists on projects related to climate change, GHG management/reduction, and green remediation.
