Urban and Regional Planning
Sequence works daily to support a wide variety of urban and regional planning activities and initiatives for our clients through recruitment and placement of highly capable staff, management and executive level personnel.
This field works to create long- and short-term plans to use land for the growth and revitalization of urban, suburban, and rural communities, while helping local officials make decisions concerning social, economic and environmental problems. It helps to address issues such as traffic congestion, air pollution, and the effects of growth and change on a community.
It may also involve drafting legislation on environmental, social, and economic issues, such as sheltering the homeless, planning a new park, or meeting the demand for new correctional facilities.
